The USA–DRC Business Summit is a platform designed to bring together business leaders, investors, government representatives, entrepreneurs, development partners, and industry experts to strengthen economic collaboration and investment opportunities between the United States and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

No. Registration for the USA–DRC Business Summit is complimentary; however, all participants must complete registration before the stated registration deadline in order to attend. Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged. 

Cancellation policies will be outlined during registration. 

Speaker announcements will be updated periodically on the summit website. 

The full agenda will be available on the agenda page and updated as speakers and sessions are confirmed. 

Selected keynote sessions, panel discussions, and presentations may be recorded. Information regarding access to recordings or post-event content will be shared with registered attendees where applicable.

Yes. Exhibitor opportunities are available for organizations wishing to showcase products, services, or initiatives. 

Yes. Strategic development initiatives and investment opportunities, including key sector projects and investment opportunities, may be featured throughout the summit. 

Yes. Attendees will have opportunities for structured networking, business matchmaking, and relationship-building sessions. 

Yes. Registered participants may have access to networking and business matchmaking opportunities designed to facilitate strategic partnerships and meaningful connections.

Recommended hotel options and accommodation information may be shared on the website for attendee convenience. However, each delegate is responsible for arranging and covering their own hotel accommodations and related travel expenses, where applicable 

Parking information and transportation guidance will be provided closer to the event. 

Invitation letters may be available for registered international participants where applicable. Guidance regarding visa requirements and supporting documentation for international attendees can be found on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) website to assist with travel preparations. 

Recommended hotel options and accommodation information may be shared on the website for attendee convenience. However, each delegate is responsible for arranging and covering their own hotel accommodations and related travel expenses, where applicable 

The recommended dress code is Business Professionalor Business Formal, unless otherwise specified for networking receptions or special events. 

Translation and interpretation services may be provided depending on attendee needs and session requirements. 

 Yes. Students are eligible to attend.
